Our kids live in Stillwater - this was a great place to stay while we visited. The lake area is beautiful & quiet!! And only a 20 minute drive yo their apartment.
Our 4 pull through spots for beaver cove were on such a sharp incline we couldn't get any of them leveled out. Lake was nice but don't stay in 45-48 unless you have have a short wheel base RV.
Very good! Stayed in Beaver's Cove site 32 - right on the water! Spaces aren't very level, and a bit narrow but we were able to get the slide-out of our camper extended, and the stairs down onto the pavement. Site length is significantly longer than our setup. The facility has electric hookups (50, 30 and 20 amp) and water (with awesome water pressure), has a steel fire pit ring on concrete pad, a 2-bench picnic table with backrests. The grounds have pit toilets and dumpsters available that were maintained daily. RV dump-site has three large open spots to reduce waiting. Service was friendly and fast. Only removing one star because of the automated site optimization process whereby you have to pay extra in order to ensure that the site you select is the site you get. Otherwise it was great!
Absolutely beautiful i stayed 5 days during the week and it was quite, clean thebstaff is extremely nice and helpful. Shower houses, swimming areas, fishing, boating, horse stalls areas for rvs, tents, annual options, boat ramps, store on sight!
Great spot. If you’re bringing a trailer, make sure you have leveling blocks as all of the pads have a natural slope towards the lake.
This is a great park with nice sites, stable power and solid water pressure. Be careful when reserving though, some of the pull through sites have some serious slope. I thought for sure we’d be eating gnats while being dined on by mosquitoes but the bugs were miraculously outnumbered by the squirrels. I’d stay here again in a minute. Great job keeping this place pristine! Oh and 3 RV dump stations with flushing water for easy in and out!
Really REALLY enjoyed it here. Beautiful little spot. Area was cozy and well manicured, very spacious. Neighbors were courteous and quiet. Wish I had more time to stay. Great job, OSU!
