Nice walking trails along the river , available out of season went on March/ April multiple areas to park and access the park and create loops
The river is nice to swim in during the summer. Cute trails, easy to walk on if you have mobility issues or a stroller
Nice campground, close to civilization, but very 'forest-y'. Quiet and clean. Staff do a great job of keeping the bathrooms clean and stocked and all the camp maintenacr👍 There is a playground for kids in the day use area, but its a hike away, and the showers are even further away, up by the park entrance. (We drove up in our car to shower, or we would have been sweaty and filthy by the time we got back to our campsite.) The River is beautiful and some sites overlook it directly, but water activities are limited as it's the Columbia River ( not a beach or swimming area really) Fabulous hiking though, and a good boat launch is on site for fishermen. The Airport right next door is only noticeable once a day, so it's no bother at all.
Really great camping spot with everything you need. Our big downside was the woman collecting money, super rude and didn't make us feel welcome.
Great little campground resting on the bluff overlooking the Columbia River. Trail to the river is short but rocky and there is no beach to speak of at this location. Boiling water was advised when we were there and the vault toilets were very well maintained. There is a small boat launch at the entrance to the campground.
