We had just the very best time at the Beaver Meadows Snow Tubing hill. This was a half day activity for our extended family. We had a group of adults and kids ages 9-17 and everyone had a blast. The staff on the tubing hill was efficient and fun. The tube "lift" might have been my favorite part. It's a quiet ride up with a gorgeous view. The tube hills were fast and fun and got faster as the sun started to set. We were also pleasantly surprised by the onsite restaurant. The food was a mix of American and Hispanic. It was reasonably priced and very good. There was also a full bar with a decent beer list and hot cocoa for the kids. We would definitely come back here for another day of winter fun.
We came up for the New Years Eve event. The mystery party was really fun and the food was fantastic. The service was excellent. My only complaint was that the hall it was located in was freezing !!! There needed to be multiple, tall, larger heaters placed throughout the room. Our table wore their coats the whole night, and we were still cold. I think more people would have stayed for the rest of the evening if it was more comfortable in there. Something to consider for next time.
We absolutely love Beaver Meadows Resort Ranch. My husband and I had our wedding there in October 2024 and Susi and Sean made it everything we could have hoped for. We visited the ranch a year before the wedding and Susi helped us along the way with our wedding planning including going over wedding details and we even drove up and got to do a tasting with the chef. Susi jumped in to help the day before and day of the wedding to help us sort out any issues and helped make our wedding day as smooth as possible. Everyone who came enjoyed the rooms, food, and atmosphere. Susi went above and beyond to make our dream wedding come true! Shout out also to the GM, Young, who helped with decorations and making our power point work!
What a wonderful experience! We stayed in Cabin 3 and had the best time. The cabin was small but super cozy and a perfect place to rest after a day of fishing and hiking. It had a wonderful view and we had a great night of sleep. We just love this resort from the staff who runs it to the restaurant! I would recommend this as a place to stay for those that want remote and quiet feeling but also having access to some things. We are planning to come back again!
We were married at Beaver Meadows 30 years ago and have enjoyed visiting over the intervening years. This was our first visit since the renovation. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We always loved the eclectic and rustic nature of the resort. The upgrades have not destroyed that fabulous homey feel but have greatly improved the living conditions in the cabins where we stayed. The mountain bike trails are well-marked and in excellent condition. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious.
