Belle and Beau Acres

We were blown away with the work Christine put into Belle and Beau Acres. The property map was super fun, and instructions were really clear. Camping in a place that is kept so well was wonderful, there was plenty space between sites, and it just felt safe. The trail to the river was super cool, and the comfort station was incredible. Would love to stay again.

Beware! I booked a one night stay at this campsite. I was excited because it looks like a nice place and we already made plans for Cummins Falls, but the owner suggested I cancel my reservation because I questioned their 17 page pre-check camp instructions and their continual recommendation to download an app along with their map. I had to monitor my email and reply to all of the owner's messages throughout the day requiring me to confirm, re-confirm, sign, and answer tons of questions about their instructions, my camping methods and intentions, my vehicle make, model, year, and color, and the exact time within 10 minutes my arrival time will be for this weekend! All this after submitting a mini-biography introducing myself and my reason for wanting to visit. It felt like an interogation! I just want to pay you money, tent camp responsibly 1 night, and leave without you ever knowing I was there. If you want to download a bunch of apps, write a dissertation, and have endless messages and questions then this is your place. They did issue me a refund (without fees I already paid).

My cousin and I had a wonderful time camping here! Our tent site was awesome - we stayed right by the river it was so lovely. It’s a close drive to Cummins Falls and very convenient! Belle and Beau is run so well. I’m honestly very impressed with how well organized everything is. Super clean, well set up, prompt responses from host. Planning to stay again soon and show more friends!

Wow. We’ve stayed at Belle and Beau Acres many times, and it only gets better! Our last stay was at Site 4 - first time camping creek side. The site is spacious (we had 2 tents), well kept, with a lovely fire pit and 4 wooden chairs. The creek provided a lovely soundtrack for the weekend, and we did a creek hike up the stream a ways (highly recommend!). Christine is a great host, and we will definitely return again soon!

By far our favorite stay yet! This is a really cool property where you can do little hikes and they are really great hosts! They were super accommodating and friendly. As always, if a host asks for communication when you arrive I would recommend being communicative- I really think they appreciate it if they ask for it. Something we really liked about this property was the occasional sounds of life nearby (cows, other homeowners, and occasionally the highway) because we felt immersed in nature but not in danger of any major wild animals like bears or coyotes. Loved this stay and would 10/10 stay here again if we have the chance.
