Ben' is on a peninsula, giving campers a great view of Lake Texoma. We love watching the wildlife there, Geese, Ducks, Deer, and wild Turkey. A quiet and peaceful park, good camp hosts.
This is a really nice state park. The modern RV sites are asphalt and they are fairly level. It is easy to get to and very clean. My only complaint is that there are trains that come through every night starting at 3 am and go until 6 am. The train conductor LOVE using their horns. That's the only reason I'm eating it 4 stars. Not much the park can do about it but I just wanted to put it out there.
Restrooms were closed due to vandalism. Campsite was clean, but not level. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for a long weekend!
I absolutely love going to this campground. Phenomenal views, HUGE campsites and friendly, relaxed camp hosts! I can't ask for a more peaceful, restful spot to pitch my tent and start a bonfire. The fishing here is well known and currently firing on all cylinders as well. Another hidden gem on the Oklahoma side of Lake Texoma.
Family came here for few days for spring break & was very pleased. Small quaint campground with beautiful views and nice, clean bathrooms. Wonderful place to bring family for a camping trip.
