Very nice hotel! We had a jacuzzi suite. Comfortable bed. Heat worked great!! Very nice staff. Breakfast was outstanding! Loved that there was eggs and sausage, not just waffles!! Great selection. Only 2 minor things to complain about, not that they were a big issue, but there wasn't a lot of room between the toilet and the door when you went in and tried to move to shut the door. And when we opened up the fridge there was a Culver's bag with food and a twisted tea from the previous occupants. Like I said, not a big deal. We totally plan on staying again. Hopefully the bar will be open past 9pm. We did love the fact we could get shuttle service back and forth to the casino!!
So pleased with our stay. Check in was so smooth even with us booking last minute. Rooms were clean and quiet and spacious.
Stayed there recently in the jacuzzi suite and had a ton of ladybugs in the room, even had one crawl up on my arm in the bed. Had to be moved out of the room and was told I would be compensated for the inconvenience and have not been as of now. Tried reaching out to the manager and they keep ducking my calls. Would not recommend staying here.
Fine hotel close to food and groceries for a ski trip. Rooms were decently clean, but bathrooms needed some TLC. Multiple places had black mold throughout the bathroom.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and nice. Definitely would stay here again.
