Best Western Bend North

Stayed here while traveling through bend and the rooms were perfectly clean and comfortable! Hotel has a nice pool / hot tub area and staff was super welcoming! I usually am not a huge fan of the free breakfasts at hotels but this one was very well done! I had a omelette with biscuits and gravy & i am very satisfied with my stay here (:

What a surprise! I knew I had to review this place when I hit the breakfast room. It's all standard fare however, the Orange juice machine was broken. And guess what?! They went to the store bought some orange juice and supplied it anyway!! This is a unique level of customer dedication not found in many places. Kudos to your team here and their level of customer service. I will be back!

Clean bed and friendly staff. I appreciate that they provide gluten-free and daily free options for breakfast, e.g., gluten-free bread, muffin, almond milk, etc. There is a pancake maker instead of a waffle maker. It's an interesting add and hand-free process, but it makes a tiny pancake size, so you might want to get a couple. Our room faced the freeway, and even there was a construction going on, we didn't hear any traffic.

The room was great bed was soft they have connecting rooms if you need. Their breakfast was good. Jordan at the front desk was amazing

I am extremely disappointed we stayed here. The room was dirty and all around didn't look nice. Stained carpet, water damage on the bathroom door, poorly repaired walls, and paint job. They never cleaned our room, so once we got back to the hotel late, the garbage was still full, no clean towels to replace our dirty ones. The water pressure for the shower was horribly low. We paid almost 300 per night to say here. Also, the breakfast they provided did not taste good at all. We would have been better off staying in a motel.
