Customer Reviews
Location easy to get to, a few parking options and food nearby. The stay here itself was okay, but I wasn't wowed. Our specific room was oddly smelly, and the tile floor seemed dirty. Towels were so so, bedding too. I didn't complain to the office, we just stayed and went on the next morning. Took breakfast to go. Front desk staff was very welcoming and kind when checking us in and out.
DISGUSTING HOTEL ROOM. We booked a room while we move house, and this hotel is the crappiest ive EVER stayed in. The room we were given is noticably in poor condition right as you enter; lots of wall damage that has been "repaired" with off color paint, rusted and dented and stained furniture. Then you take your shoes off to relax and four steps in your feet are sticky and black!!! Unacceptable!!! The shower head has weird gross stuff coming from the holes that are themselves falling apart, cant even take a SHOWER TO WASH MY BLACK FEET OFF AFTER MOVING OUR WHOLE HOUSE!!!! A hand towel with a mans beard hair stuck into it, and our room was entered withoutour permission despite having the windows closed and the privacy please notice on the door!!! THIS EXPERIENCE HAD BEEN DISGUSTING and we are leaving for a better hotel first thing in the morning.
Room was dirty, half of the towels were stained. Breakfast didn't have many options, only cold beverage was Milk. Pool was still covered and not opened. AC unit in first room given was not working, was moved to another room with a functional unit, but it wasn't on during a 90° day so it took over 5 hours to cool off room. Hotel has no elevators, so you have to carry all of your luggage up stairs.
WiFi sucks. Room mostly clean, area above microwave was a bit sticky. Pool likely closed forever. Notice of construction (Sept. 2024) was on counter, but reservations are non refundable by them. Jackhammers) Reservations are by third party. So good luck on that.
The pool was closed for repair, so that was a bummer. The room had an overwhelming perfume-ish scent when we arrived so I had to leave the door open for a bit while we unloaded our car, but overall it was fine for what we needed. A decent price for a last minute stay since we got into town earlier than we planned. The front desk was very helpful and we were able to get a load of laundry done before going to bed.
