Best Western Cottonwood Inn

Always such great customer service, rooms are always very neat an clean! The cleaning crews do such an amazing job! The young lady at the desk in the evenings, is always so kind and polite, with nothing but smiles and great positive energy and vibes! I highly recommend this location Beet Western Cottonwood Inn. Quiet, clean and always satisfied. I’m here 8 days every 3 months.

I was very pleased with my stay. The room was clean. My AC was very cold. I was on the side facing the gas station. Nothing could be heard from the outside. The check-in was a breeze. The breakfast was basic but free is always good. The beds were very comfortable. So I can say I would stay again. The restaurant that is in front when you pull in is the best Mexican food I have had in ages. Just that alone made the stay great. So I give 5 stars 🌟

Clean room, good beds, great location! Visited the local Mexican restaurant right next door, a few steps away, and it was great! Breakfast had lots of options & was fresh & delicious. Very clean, too. Kudos to the staff here, always looking to help out or make your stay even better. Very gracious.

We love our stays at best western in general because the price for what you get is very nice. The beds are nice and comfy, and the customer service desk are very friendly and inviting. The only thing about this location was the pool jacuzzi wasn't heated, and room 119 occasionally would have a rackety sound with the a/c unit. Other than that, the place was very pleasant.

I'm not sure where other people stayed but this was top 3 WORST hotels I have stayed at and the Worst Best Western by FAR. The grounds were gross and unkempt which helps you get ready fir the room. The pool and spa are closed for the winter, not mentioned during booking or anwhere in the Best Western app or website. The pet deposit is a fee and it's $25 per pet, per night. There is a $35.00 deposit for incidentals, for what the non-existent mini bar? The rooms are dated, dim and the beds are not great. My sweet 2003 27" flat screen was broken and after multiple vists from front desk staff, was left with "They might be able to fix it in the morning". Front desk clerk was helpful and trued to do what she could but neing single handed was a poor move by management. I would say this place is lipstick on a pig but it's more like it was the good-time gal back in the 90's and it's gonna take more then mak-up to fix this wreck. Commended the property for getting solar, but the posts are in the middle of the parking spots primed to smack your door against. The pavement is falling apart and helps with the overall ambiance of the place, just missing some lot lizards. It's sketchy and not fitting of other Best Western properties. Look for a different place in Prescott or other. Seriously, take your family elsewhere. you will regret staying here and your kids will be just as sketched out as you are. I hope Best Western Corporate sees these reviews and either brings up the standards or pulls the franchise.
