Best Western Grants Pass Inn

I only gave this stop a 3 star experience simply because the room i booked was not the one I received when I got to the property. Joe at the front desk was very nice about the whole thing. And found me a comparable room that fit my needs. I doubt you will have this experience, for the simple fact that I was staying there during a fully booked night during a wrestling tournament that only happens once a year.

I can honestly say after riding with my husband on a semi truck, we have stayed in hotels all across the United States and hands down the people here have kept the class of what hospitality used to be unlike all other hotels who franchise them selves out and seem to never think of quality control inspections to ensure the owners are worthy of their names. We were behind schedule and simply beat. What an amazing surprise to see our room it was literally bigger than anyone we have stayed in with all the" easycare" remodels. Basically your paying for a standard no excitement routine these days. From the gentlemen wearing suites upon check in to the fully cooked complementary breakfast with a fireplace that's so warm and inviting, it's like going home. We will never stay anywhere else again. Thank you for keeping a hotel experience classy. You guys are great, housekeeping big thumbs up. It's a real team that cares, and it shows!

Prices are high enough without the manager doing nothing and just watching the homeless come in and steal our breakfast food that we pay for. This happened daily throughout our stay. I don't like the idea of some dirty person handling the buffet food. Next time I'm staying at the Holiday Inn next door.

Fairly recently renovated and the entire complex and rooms are extremely clean & very nice for the "regular" Best Western. A bit musty smell in room & flies from the restaurant in parking lot, their trash bins faced our rooms. We didn't use the pool and spa area but it was very well attended and looked beautiful. The breakfast area was small but had everything needed including fresh cooked items,. There were even to-go boxes if someone needed to take it with that. Several coffee choices as well as flavon syrups. The staff gal was very helpful and even took our plates away when we were done and let us know what all was available. When we walked our dogs we accidentally left our room keys in and they quickly gave a replacement with a smile. We would definitely stay here again if we needed to travel through Grants Pass. Thank you to everyone there.

This is a great hotel for family get away. We really like the outdoor pool and hot tub. They always have a great breakfast spread. Rooms are very nice and clean.
