Best Western Holiday Hotel

The location was easily accessible and close to many restaurants and my partners work. We tried it out to see if he liked it enough to repeatedly stay for work, as he’ll be traveling to this area about twice a month. The check in staff was nice, breakfast wasn’t bad, but the gal at checkout didn’t seem to care about the issues we brought up. We weren’t asking for anything, just making them aware so it could be addressed before the next guest comes (I worked in hotels for years so I assumed they would want to look into it). We were not even thanked for staying there, nor did she say anything about our troubles. Maybe she was tired, I don’t know. Unfortunately, there were a lot of issues with the room. The microwave was dirty on the inside and the hair dryer didn’t work whatsoever. The bathtub was constantly dripping a steady stream of water. Since we showered after the hot tub (not the cleanest area but I’ve seen worse), the bath didn’t drain and the drip throughout the night was not pleasant, even with the bathroom door shut. The refrigerator had standing water in it, the bed was very firm (my partner loved it but I didn’t with my sciatica and scoliosis) and the comforter was quite thin. On top of this, the TV had no service and when I mentioned that to the front desk lady, she cut me off to say it was charter and not their fault, which was a put off. We both had the same feeling that the few things she wrote on that sticky note likely won’t be addressed. Conclusion, we will not be staying at this location again and instead look for another hotel to be my partners go-to. At least we learned all this early on before we racked up a lot of points!

One of the cleanest rooms I've been in I met the housekeeper she is one of the most thorough hard working young lady definately should have a higher position in the company I believe her name was Vivian I would definately hire her at my business if she were in idaho

The location was fine. Parking isn't for bigger vehicles, the shower was DIRTY long black hair all over it and on the bathroom floor when we got there. Beds were hard and uncomfortable woke up in pain. The pool was very cold for an indoor pool, and other guest were drinking and smoking by it. Will not be staying at this location again.

I won't stay anywhere else while traveling alone for work!!! I'd like to express my appreciation for the exceptional service and comfort I have consistently experienced at your hotel. Your attention to detail, from the maintained rooms to the courteous and professional demeanor of your staff, truly makes a difference. Thank you once again for your outstanding service. Room was great size for our family of 6 and we didn’t need to ask for extra towels! Laundry facilities and an indoor pool. Breakfast was great. Parking lot is tight. Location is a bit away from grocery store. But it’s literally right across from the bay and a trail along the bay. The beach was a 20 min drive.
