This was a layover night on our way to a final destination. The only staff member we saw that night and the next morning was very nice, and we have no complaints with her. The facility overall was pretty clean and comfortable. The bed was a bit stiff but okay, and there was some mold in the bathtub. Our only real complaint, which for us was a significant one, was there was zero water pressure for hot water, and not much more for cold water. As an example, if you turned on ONLY the hot water to take a shower there was not enough pressure to even get the water to the showerhead. So after a long day of traveling we had to go to bed sweaty and start our day without bathing. Thankfully the Best Western we went to the next day had no such issues.
Unfortunately did not live up to our expectations. Loud trucks.(Not their fault). Clean, but used up room. Not great. Weak water pressure. Barely flushing toilet. Little to no toilet paper and tissue, but they immediately brought up more. Bed sucked. Continental breakfast had the workings for greatness, but just dismally yuck. Just not the Best Western experience that we are used to. Definitely not worth $150 spent. 🫤
It was dirty, nasty, smelly, noisy. I ask for a refund after I went to my room and they said tomorrow I told them it was filthy they didn't care. The towels and linen was so terrible I refused to use them.Thank GOD i brought my own.. The bathroom and shower filthy the paint on bathtub peeled badly. I open the coffee pot it was filthy dirty and very dusty. The refrigerator disgusting. I don't why a company as big as Best Western would allow such filthiest. And they refused to refund me . I drove such a long ways. I was very disappointed and checked out immediately.
I picked this Best Western due to it having a Jacuzzi and when we got there, it was warm. A little disappointed that I paid this amount of money and wasn’t able to use this service for therapeutic reasons. The room also smelt like chlorine or the pool and Jacuzzi was. Our room we stayed in need some upgrades. The breakfast buffet could use some healthier choices, fresher food.
Great place to stay with family. Awesome and friendly staff, especially a tall Indian guy who helped a lot during our stay. Certainly the perfect place to stay.
