Best Western Inn At The Rogue

I had a highly frustrating experience trying to make a reservation with this hotel. I spent three days calling and emailing without any response. Finally, when I got someone on the phone, he informed me that he was new and couldn't set reservations. He mentioned that his manager would need to take care of it the following day. I explained that we are a business and require confirmation paperwork and pricing before moving forward, especially since this is a large project that could involve months of lodging. To make matters worse, the customer service representative then put me on hold for 38 minutes and never got back on the line. This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with a significant business need. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone in need of reliable and professional service.

We were pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of this hotel, considering the very reasonable price. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean. The included breakfast was the best I've seen at a hotel in years. I would definitely recommend.

The best Western location in rogue River is a top notch, local hotel, especially if you have to be between grants Pass and Medford. All of the items that you would want at a lodging experience are taking care of quite well. The two room suite, room 106 was excellent not too fancy but well worth the price as the surfaces and amenities were well chosen and in more than Very good quality. I would recommend this location to my best friend and that is the most important thing I can say the staff is very nice and the breakfast is efficient and tasty.

The room was quite potent, beds not comfortable, very loud, breakfast nasty and not enough for customers. The staff behind the counter was friendly we've stayed here a few times worse then ever, new owners have a lot to learn. Will not be staying here again

David at the front desk was so nice and welcoming! We even got a doggy gift bag which I've never had at any hotel! The room was clean, beds were comfortable! The only thing was the shower wasn't very hot.... But other then that I would definitely stay here again!
