Best Western Inn of the Ozarks

Have stayed here in two separate occasions, enjoyed the surrounding scenery as well as the amenities that are unbeatable for the price. They have a restaurant next to the lobby that has great food as well. Clean and safe.

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice, convenient & clean this BW was for our Mardi Gras weekend with friends. We had a very nice suite in a duplex set up. It was perfect for us. Breakfast and lunch were good, fresh & not expensive. Service all around was very good. We recommend this hotel & venue.

When booking the room, we were showed a price on the internet. When we arrived, we were charged another higher price. When we inquired, we were told this was the “average going price” for the room. This is the first time we’ve ever experienced this classic “bait and switch” tactic at this hotel and will not be back because of this! Also, we travel with our 2 small dogs and we’re charged $20 per dog per night. What are we going to do? Not agree after traveling for 6 hours? You got me there! This has never been charged like this in the past and caused us to pay an extra $120 in pet fees for our dogs that never have accidents, and an extra charge per night on the room even after our $18 per night Best Western rewards discount. I don’t know if these policies are new, or are due to greed but each of these will keep us from ever staying at this location again. We will only be back to have breakfast at the Myrtie Mays restaurant.

We stayed here in late October. We were in a separate wing from the main building. It was very quiet, nice - even though it was on a main street! The room was very clean. My only complaint is there were only 3 or 4 kleenexes in the box. There should have been an extra, because it was obviously getting quite low. The beds were very comfortable & the shower was great! There was no scent in the bedding or sprayed in the room. I have allergies, so that was such a relief! Thank you! We would definitely stay here again. The pricing was good & it was a very pleasant stay.

According to the tram tour, this hotel is the largest in the area. It was a great location for all of the sites and restaurants we wanted to visit. It is sprawled out so our whole group wasn't able to be together, but the location was perfect for the weekend. As a serious coffee drinker, the coffee in the room was enough to get me by until we went to brunch each day but there are a lot of coffee options in town.
