Best Western London Airport Inn & Suites

Great location, great price, wonderful staff. My family has stayed at this location almost 10 times over several years and it always has been a great experience. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. It has a heated indoor pool, which is nice in the winter. There is a shuttle van - with its close proximity to the airport it is a logical option.

I stay here for work one to two times a week and the staff is always quick to check me in with professionalism and kindness. The rooms are all updated and clean. The only minor downside is walkability to restaurants, it only has East Gate Chinese Restaurant (which is great) close by There are plenty of restaurants to drive to within 5-10 minutes and local delivery options. Easy to get to and from the 401. Parking lot is safe and I have never had any issues with my work truck. Great value hotel. Sometimes you get hockey tournament traffic on the weekend with kids running around and playing, but it just reminds me of my own days playing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Thank-you for having a room available at 1am after leaving another terrible accommodation close by. Very welcoming! The breakfast looked good but we didn't make it. They had a lot of convenience items available in the lobby. The concierge offered to sign us up for the rewards program to save a bit on the room. Room was very comfortable and I made a tea before leaving!

I have stayed here quite a bit. Mostly my stays have been satisfactory. Except for my last one. We have a dog, and stayed in a pet friendly room. Upon checkout, the room was inspected for damages. As usual. And housekeeping claimed that my dog wet the bed. I mean anything is possible in life. Except this. Dogs don't go to the washroom. Where they sleep. It's a very rare occurance when a dog doesn't care, and will go anywhere. I disputed the claim, which fell on Def ears, and cost me a further $60 cleaning fee. So if you're a pet owner, stay at your own risk. This seems like a cash grab to me.
