Best Western Mt. Hood Inn

Nice location if you like to ski or snowboard. Breakfast was good with a large variety of options. Rooms were clean, it was quiet, and I slept great. Also, the hot tub was great and the staff was helpful.

Rooms were a good size. Beds were comfy. Wish bathrooms were just a little larger but overall had a great experience. Really loved having all day access to hot beverages and snacks too. Breakfast bar was amazing also.

My husband and I had a great two night stay here (Monday night through Wednesday morning. The lobby breakfast was probably the best I’ve ever had. 24/7 there was coffee, hot water and snacks (ALL hours!!!) The lobby itself had a huge stone fireplace (lit one of the mornings) and high ceiling. We used the hot tub both nights, all to ourselves. Our room was spacious, the shower water was great, the TV was a bit wonky but we were tired from traveling and skiing anyway. We both slept great. The elevator smells terrible but at least there is one, to make getting to the second floor with our suitcases and ski boots easier. There’s a parking lot under the building and parking spaces outside. We would definitely stay here again if we were back in the area.

My wife and I made a quick stop to sleep here the day after our wedding. While we were sleeping in the room… about 3 am.. hotel staff tried to enter the room. They didn’t knock they just opened the door and lucky we put the metal latch over to prevent someone from opening the door. But even then the staff member aggressively tried multiple times to open the door before quitting and leaving. This location is also kinda out of the way in the woods so it just made the experience that much more creepy.

The staff here was great!! My mother in law who is 93 was staying here with us too and when she needed help with her TV remote they came to help her no problem! The rooms were clean and super comfortable. The breakfast was really good too! I highly recommend this location.
