I should have read the most recent reviews. Very bad and already reported roach problem. Lots of roaches. Room came alive at night. We have lots of videos. Eugene told the truth in your reviews. You have to ATTACK the bugs. I love this place please clean it up. I MAY RETURN but Idont want to see any bad reviews for a bit. Cant afford bringing extra guest home with me.
Absolutely disgusted. The pictures of very deceiving. That is not what the rooms look like. Checking out immediately and finding another hotel. There are bugs crawling all over. It’s moldy. And this is supposed to be the sofa couch? How disgusting.. just awful.
I was very hopeful that this would be a wonderful hotel experience. When we got there, the front desk was very friendly. However, when we got to our room, we were greeted by two cockroaches. Over the course of the next day, we got to meet the entire extended family of those cockroaches. The front desk was very apologetic and said they were in the process of doing pest control in the building. They gave us a refund. The staff at the hotel are good people and I hope the property gets the renovation that it needs.
Nicely renovated older hotel. But... Temperature outside was in the 40s. Room had no heat when I questioned the front desk. I was told some rooms don't have heat, and that was all they had. Coldest night ever. Continental breakfast outside in the pool area was the same temperature as the room..
This was our second time staying here. The hotel is in a great location, and the grounds are cute and unique. Check in was easy, there is always somebody available in the office, the housekeeping bring clean towels every day, and the buffet breakfast every day is great, while you sit around the pool to enjoy it. The only negative thing I will say is that rooms could be a little cleaner, and the furniture is quite old, and could do with being updated/replaced.
