This hotel was clean. All rooms have a view of the ocean. Views from 8th floor (top floor) intensely exquisite. Staff was great, cleaning staff is a little forceful in making sure check out time is strictly adhered to. Which in no way is that a bad thing. Complimentary coffee, water, and paper plates with plastic utensils are available in the front lobby. The paper plate and silverware at the lobby is a super thoughtful and I gotta say “nice touch “ to the complimentary items for this hotel due to the fact that I believe the suite rooms (all rooms are suites) have a small kitchenette area providing a microwave, single serve drip style coffee maker, full size fridge, drawers with some very basic utensils, sink and cabinets. There is a shopping plaza across the main road right in front of the hotel which is walking distance and a large chain grocery store so you don’t have to eat out for every meal! The sunrise and sun sets are breathtaking and I was fortunate to stay during a full moon which is truly amazing. Thank you for a great stay.
For $300/night, this place is abysmal. You have to pay for parking at $20 or $25/day. I'm really not sure what kind of hotel this is. No maid service. The elevators were working, then not working, then working, then not working. The restaurant was only open for breakfast. Staff seemed nice enough. The rooms were ok but nothing special. The bed was comfy. The worst was both nights of our stay, we were woke up in the middle of the night by yelling and screaming. It got so bad I almost called 911 instead of the front desk. Absolutely will not be back, and in all honesty, we should have been refunded 100%.
This hotel was perfect for our vacations! Staff's very nice, rooms have incredible night views, is near a restaurant, the beachfront was top notch and the pool was excellent! Will definitely come back to it in the Summertime!
All of the rooms have a beach view. Super convenient parking and friendly staff. Have been staying for work and this is the best bang for your buck in this area. Rooms are quite large and the beds are clean and comfy.
One of the dirtiest and unkept properties and would never recommend this place to anyone. Furniture filthy and we had to put a sheet in the couch to sit on it, tub doesn’t drain well, toilet so loud you can hear the room next to you flush theirs. Carpets stained, people smoke weed and cigarettes in their rooms , dogs barking in the rooms. Elevator broken and the other one gets so backed up that you wait or climb stairs.
