Best Western Oak Manor

Was pleased with location, cleanliness, and breakfast offerings. This is a nice option in the middle of Biloxi on Beach Blvd. If you choose you can easily walk around to the Casinos or back into the little Downtown area, it is next to a Waffle House and a Fat Tuesday. Reception was friendly and I was quick to get checked in. Room was clean and met my needs. I enjoyed my balcony sitting out with a beverage with a view of the Hard Rock Hotel. The entry door to the Hotel itself would stick a little and stay open, but they were actively repairing. The pool appeared inviting, but I did not use. I would have liked to see a Water Jug in the Lobby for re-fills. The breakfast was abundant and had multiple offerings. The friendly staff went above and beyond to meet any requests, like a to go box or extra coffee packets. It was a nice stay, not posh - but got the job done. Parking was easily available. Lobby is a separate building than the lodging rooms.

Overall a mixed bag of a stay, Hotel was reasonably priced but definitely getting a little rundown, noisy heating/A/C unit and could have been cleaner...had to kill about a half dozen little bugs in the Bathroom over my two day stay but fortunately none found anywhere else. Asked for a late checkout (as a Diamond Select Member) the day before checkout but told I had to check in the morning, but of course the phone in the room didn't work so had to walk down to the main building which wasn't particularly convenient. Breakfast was decent and a good location for Casino, but can't really recommend and would not plan on patronizing this Best Western again.

My friend and I came to town to participate in the Mississippi Gulf Coast Marathon. The location was perfect for picking up the shuttle to the race start. The finishers area was just across the street. Everyone at Best Western was very welcoming. Our hotel room was very clean and appeared well taken care of. The staff even had the breakfast area opened an entire hour earlier to accommodate all the runners. That was just an awesome example of customer service and going the extra mile. Great location, central to walking to a number of casinos, beach, ballpark and restaurants. I would stay here again and tell other future race participants to stay also.

Just stayed here one night to go gamble at the Beau Rivage across the street. Overall, a very nice budget hotel with a great location if you're going to hit the casinos. First, the check-in process was smooth and the two employees were very helpful and professional. They let me check-in an hour early as well, which was very nice of them. My room was clean and had everything you need in a basic hotel room. It had a small refrigerator and a coffee machine, which is always nice. The TV is a good size and has all the apps you'd normally want. The hallways do need a refurbishing and new carpet but nothing major. The hotel also has ample parking and a well-lit lot. They also have a free breakfast from 6a-10a, which had most of the stuff you'd expect from a free breakfast. Best of all, it takes 1 minute to walk to the Waffle House or the Fat Tuesday in the parking lot. 3-5 minute walk to the Beau Rivage and about 5-7 minutes to the Hard Rock. The best thing is that the price was 30%-50% of all the other options in town, so it's a great deal. Sometimes I like to stay at the Beau or Hard Rock, but when I don't, I'll stay here again for sure. Definitely recommend as a budget option that is a good value.

Will stay again! An older facility but appears to be recently updated. Clean rooms and common areas. Decent (standard) breakfast, although the breakfast room was quite small. Fantastic location, easy walk to several casinos and short drive to Gulfport or Ocean Springs. Plenty of free parking. Kevin at the front desk was very pleasant and informative.
