Best Western of Wise

The only reason it was given 4 stars is, we didn't receive our wakeup call. The service when we checked in was great. So courteous, polite and professional. The room was perfect, very clean and neat. Restaurants are literally right beside the hotel, so you can walk. If we're ever back this way, we'll definitely stay again.

The service was amazing. Nicole at the front desk was an extremely helpful host and we enjoyed our stay. The water didn’t get very hot for showering and the room could’ve used a little bit of updating, but they were clean and worked in our situation. The are pet friendly also!

Accomodations on short notice. Friendly staff. It isn't very clean, unfortunately. Flies every due to moisture left standing in the fridge, the toilet was dirty as if someone had just taken care of business, and there is a *strong* mildew smell. Friendly staff, lovely pool and small gym. Everything needs a good cleaning. For the same price, try the Inn at Wise.

Front desk staff have gone above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Cleaning lady's had my room clean and comfy. Excellent around high recommend staying here.

The newly constructed accommodations were of exceptional quality. Kala, a front desk representative, demonstrated remarkable professionalism and provided exceptional assistance in addressing all of my requirements and preferences. I sincerely hope that all employees exhibit the same level of professionalism as she did. The breakfast provided was of high quality, and the housekeeping staff consistently maintained impeccable cleanliness.
