We too arrived at Best Western Pasadena do to Eaton Canyon fire.Customer service very friendly and professional, we been here for awhile longer than we anticipated (that’s how we remember staff names) The customer service team Erika,Lisa,Alexa,Macey,Caroline and Kenny is outstanding. So patient and helpful and explain the facilities and amenities of the property, very good to know when we’re under so much stress and forgetful. Their breakfast has a variety of goods, waffles,hot oatmeal, eggs & sausage comfort foods along with coffee, juices and fruit. housekeeping very nice, willing to help you when you need some items or little room maintenance. Parking good easy in and out. Best Western location near by fast food and restaurants great.
I had a great experience here. Wall under an evacuation order due to the Eaton fire. I stayed here for a week. The customer service by the office staff was outstanding. Alexa, Lisa, and Macy all went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Continental breakfast was better than I expected. Having a laundromat on site was extremely helpful. My only complaint is that although each room does have its own mini fridge it does not have its own microwave oven. You have to go to the lobby. But I would definitely recommend this hotel
Rooms were comfortable, but the decor was a little dated. Towels were on the thin side. Doors open onto the parking lot. On check-in, I was told that there was only a Continental breakfast, but they actually had 2 hot proteins. Overall, it was clean, not too noisy, and comfortable.
It’s better than expected. The room was clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is that we had to turn off the AC because it sometimes had large sound. Breakfast was basic but good.
Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. While not anything fancy, the rooms were very clean, the breakfast was great, and the front desk staff were very helpful. We stayed here on the day before and during the Eaton fire, and they provided us masks and handled the whole situation very well.
