Excellent check in thank you Matty, the room was spotless housekeeping definitely knows what needs done and does it well. Some minor maintenance issues that had management quality control checked rooms prior to my stay would have resulted in a five star review. Don't skip breakfast. The wonderfully lady cooking Thursday morning made a great breakfast burrito. Coffee unfortunately was sub par. McKayla provided quick and kind check out. Everyone was nice and friendly. Made my trip for family easier with this stay.
Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff and legit breakfast. Pet-friendly to boot. Omelettes to order? Yes, please. Definitely an upgrade on your average chain-hotel, free breakfast bar situation. All the typical offerings (waffles, eggs, potatoes, sausage/bacon, toast, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, etc) plus omelettes cooked to order. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Nothing fancy. Located behind a strip mall a 1/2 mile off the highway, starbucks in the parking lot with grocery across the street. Great spot for casual, comfortable place to stay in the area.
Was a comfortable room nice beds, the area is busy but so far so good for best western hotels it's a must stay!! Smokey point isn't to many homeless people or drug addicts good stay thank you
Overall not a bad hotel. Overall it appeared clean, staff at the front desk were friendly, neighbors weren't all that loud. You can definitely hear people walking around, but that's just hotels. There were a couple things that bothered me. When they cleaned the room after our first night they did not make the bed. I don't expect fresh sheets, but it's off putting to come back to a room with the sheets all rumpled. It makes you wonder what other corners they are cutting. Breakfast was your standard fare. What bothered me was that they had an egg station with a tip jar. It's a complimentary breakfast. I am not tipping for eggs.
I use to go to another BW down south. This has everything around it you need. BBQ, Teriyaki, coffee. All in walking distance. Buzz inn down the road. Place has showers not tubs. Water bottle fill station. No complaint. Traffic not that horrible on I5 to Highway 2 exit. Newest BW in the area. I’ll be back.
