Best Western Plus Bowling Green

This was listed a best Western plus, ended up being ended up being more like a Best Western Minus. Rooms were small. The refrigerator and AC unit was making mechanical noises. Bed was extremely hard. We checkout out promptly at sunrise. The front desk staff was rude and dismissive. Checkout clerk almost refused to check us out as one of the room cards was not returned. I hope the other locations are not like this. Unlikely i will return. To be fair, there breakfast was good and the the lady working there sensed out frustrations and made us some sandwiches and wrapped them for us to go. She was a bright light to an otherwise mediocre experience. Best Western Plus Bowling Green. DO BETTER. BE BETTER>

My stay here was absolutely fantastic my room was simply stunning and made the stay even more special. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed offering the perfect balance of comfort and elegance. The bed was incredibly cozy ensuring a great night’s sleep and the amenities provided made the stay even special. Well recommended palce

Wow! Fabulous experience from the time we walked in. The lobby smelled clean and fresh. The elevator was fast and quiet. The carpeting in the hallways looked new and the artwork coordinated with the carpet. Room was great. Bed and pillows were fluffy and comfortable. VERY clean. Even the soap had a lovely scent. Breakfast was fab. Good selection and warm. The large Keurig machine had lots of different options. Staff was friendly and very pleasant. Everything was clean and well decorated. They should give other hotels lessons! A first rate experience from beginning to end!!! Thanks bunches!

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Our room was disgustingly dirty - the hard surface floor hadn't been washed in months - even my small service dog was dirty from walking on it. It stank of cigarette smoke so badly that my allergies almost did me in. The drapes in the room were stiff with nicotine. The stench of urine in the bathroom made us gag. The toilet flushed with such force that it sprayed water all over you and the room. The shower ( accessible ) was so stained as to be stomach turning. JUST DO NOT STAY HERE! IN RESPONSE TO THE MANAGEMENTS REMARKS - I tried to but was ignored.

Do not stay here. Shower is good , everything else goes down hill from there. Doors do not seal tight, traffic sounds like it goes next to bed, over charged on pet fee, has been updated but a shabby job to say the least , owned by foreigner, need I say any more. There are a lot better places than this trap.
