Outlets are all blown out like a cheap Vegas hooker. Bathroom outlets do not work. Shoddy craftsmanship in bathroom that would be outdone by guys standing outside of a home depot. Wifi speeds remind me of 1995. Fire alarm randomly goes off at 11:42 every day. Housekeeping banging on the door at 9am. Why? People are sleeping. Fred at the counter is very unpleasant. The main plus of this place is that it has beds and is in a convenient location. Wouldn't stay again, especially for $650. They also charge by the day instead of all at once and it will piss off your bank. I've stayed hundreds of places and never seen this before.
The rooms are uncomfortable and need remodeling. You can hear all the noise from the hallway. The air conditioning makes a very loud noise. For the price paid, we expected more comfort.
Mike, the front desk gentleman was exceptionally nice. He gave us some quality bottled water and cookies upon arrival. Room was clean. The air conditioner was a little noisy. I think those types of air conditioners are generally loud, nothing was necessarily anything wrong with the one in our room. The hot breakfast and coffee were good. This location is directly in the city of Bradenton. We thought it was near Coquina beach. Apparently that one is in Cortez – so we picked the wrong hotel by accident. But still this one was nice, and only about 35 minutes from the beach.
Terrible service, terrible hotel and be careful elevator doesn’t work and they would send you to the 3rd floor without any consideration. They won’t clean your room. The hotel smell cigarette all over and one of the principal reason is because employees would smoke all night long at the entrance instead of been working. It doesn’t really any penny staying here, is really my worst experience ever. Last but not least the you walk 3 floors trough out the stairs and the key won’t work.
Made a reservation early in the day. Went to check in at 1:00 in the morning, only to be told they didn’t have the room ready because no one cleaned it and turned myself and my teenage son away… It took us until 4:00 in the morning to find a new hotel… holiday Inn express and suites treated as well and took care of us
