Great experience. Thanks! I rented a room here for my daughter for her weekend birthday to swim and use basketball courts. It’s a nice place, great owners, and front desk woman was very nice and polite. Rooms were nice and clean and clean and pool area was great.
The hotel is centrally located with easy access to most relevant shopping. The room was quiet and cozy. The sheets they were a little bit scratchy and the room above must have been occupied by an individual with large feet as every step they took back and forth across the floor was audible. Otherwise it was comfortable.
Room was not clean. Looked like blood left on the comforter in my daughter’s room. Towels were not changed out after use. The dirty towels were simply placed back on the towel racks. This service and cleanliness of the room was reported to the front desk and the response was “We can’t get people to work “
My review seems to have disappeared so am reposting. Have stayed at this property numerous times since its inception and it was always acceptable in the past; something has drastically changed. Dirty rooms, dirty public areas, towels and sheets threadbare - worse than rags. Friends room was not serviced after multiple requests. Our room obviously not vacuumed. Front desk personnel ok but not much they could do about issues. Must be under new ownership/management. Will not stay here again; would rather drive a distance if paying for a hotel. Addendum: after conversation with Best Western corporate am now expanding that to no stays in any Best Western. The best they could offer was a $25 BW gift card. Said the manager would have to offer any refund and he will not return calls.
Good place to stay. Beds comfy and shower is hot with decent pressure. Breakfast is basic but ok(not taters). Need apple juice instead of grape.
