Good- Great location and clean room Things need to improve- 1. AC/heating unit is just too loud. You cannot sleep with it. It’s -15 in Jan and you need the heat but cannot bear the sound. I bet summer is the same. 2. Bed is too soft. Way too soft. one person moves the other will wake up. These are 2 major issues that impacted the quality of stay. The core value of hotel is to provide a good sleep. But unfortunately the best western plus is lack of this. It’s a great location but it does not justify ignoring these issues. Management probably knows this but no other real competing hotels around. again, regular customer can pay premium for a good location, all they ask for return is a good night sleep.
We have stayed at this hotel several times. And will be back again. It's convenient and close to Bryce Canyon, as well as Ruby's Inn. We just wish there were a few other dining options in the area. This hotel has a big area for breakfast, it would be great if they also had a dinner option.
For anyone visiting Bryce Canyon, the close location of this hotel is great. Continental breakfast was delicious and the rooms are clean. The night manager during my stay was AMAZING- customer service, hospitality, and atmosphere created by the staff was wonderful. I will be staying here again.
Had an amazing experience staying here while visiting Bryce Canyon National Park. Conveniently located very close to the park entrance. Had excellent breakfast, although the same is served daily. They had bacon, sausage, eggs, toast, bread, cheese, oats, pancakes, waffles, coffee, hot chocolate, fruits. The reception lobby was very beautiful. Rooms were clean and very spacious.
So glad to have made a booking here, the rooms were cozy and clean! Beds were extremely comfortable! The breakfast they provided was absolutely the best we have had in an 8 day road trip! The hotel itself is a little bit secluded but there are two food joints right across the street from the hotel. Will definitely stay here again!
