Hot tub was really nice. Breakfast was good. Rooms were very quiet. Slept really well here! Staff was super friendly too.
My son & his family moved to Ogden from Salt Lake City 2 years ago; I try visiting twice a year. I’ve stayed at Best Western Plus Canyon Pines 3-4 times 1-2 weeks each visit. The staff is wonderful & friendly, from the front desk , kitchen, housekeeping. The rooms are always clean with adequate towels, etc. Breakfast each morning 6:30-9:30 is phenomenal, they always have cereal, coffee, yogurt, raisins, granola, oatmeal, condiments. They have bacon, sausage most days, eggs , rotating scrambled or white scrambled, fried, waffles, burritos, the best biscuits! Bananas, apples, bagels, cream cheese, orange juice. Your room can be cleaned daily or whenever you request, and/or you can request extra towels, sheets whatever you need whenever from housekeeping. The fitness room , pool and hot tub are all clean. This location is very convenient right off the interstate, and about 45 minutes from the airport. , very close to malls, parks, shopping, restaurants. I always feel safe, staff is always available if I’ve lost or forgotten something , ibuprofen, paper, small sewing kit, toothpaste, shampoo. Very pretty views of the mountains.
Great place! Room was meticulously clean (MUCH cleaner than the supposedly fancy Aria in Vegas which was the last hotel I staid in). I dealt with four different people at the desk over my four night stay and each was super pleasant and responsive. The free breakfast was a step above most budget hotels. The room was roomy, and the bed was comfortable. The location was good, at the mouth of the canyon for a quick pretty drive or hike, but not so great for vibe or variety of restaurants in walking distance.
I would like to thank the staff of this hotel for your honesty and kindness . I received the gold wedding bands that I forgot during our stay at this hotel. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your quick actions and understanding. . Happy thanksgiving to all of you and many blessings for you all and your family.. I highly recommend BW hotels during your travels.
Staff, especially Dan were very friendly and helpful. The rooms had been renovated, couple small cosmetic issues. Breakfast was great, good variety. Something different every day!
