Since you asked I will add my issues with your hotel. Light in bathroom broken, bedside lamp broken and the complementary shampoo bottles are tiny (

First coming in lobby is nice, gentleman at front desk was very polite and informative. Room was nice but bathroom was sloppy and walls have several dirty areas and handprints. Shower head was broken, when my daughter attempted to change the settings it sprayed all over the bathroom soaking the floor. Toilet was cracked and mended back together. Not a huge deal. The morning wasn’t so great at 11:08, one of the staff came to my door and even after I answered it she opened the door and continued to open it as I spoke with her. Came back 10 minutes later knowing I was still in the room. Felt like I was being harassed and rushed to get out. Never had staff come to my door twice, minutes after check out time. They are roofing this week. It's dangerous to get into the hotel. Roof parts were dropped on us as we entered. No hot water on first floor. We got to listen to them bang around and hammer. The bed was pretty comfortable. Pillows ok. Bathroom light didnt work. That was exciting in the dark. When I turned on a flash light, the bathroom caulk was dirty and there were tiny black bugs crawling around. I picked up the bags and shoes that were on the floor and put them on the counters. It looks like the hotel has been recently updated. Carpet and flooring nice. Rooms nice. Update: I found a switch outside of the bathroom, next to exit door 5 ft away that turned on bathroom light. So bathroom light is a 3 way switch located in hall. Strange location for a bathroom light switch.

When we pulled in the parking lot the roof was under construction. Roof tiles flying all over the parking lot. We were not told when making reservation about this. We were unkindly greeted by "Sonny." Grouchy man told us rooms were not ready and he does not Rush housekeeping. When we were able to get into our room it was ok considering the cost. Bath room towels were thin and didn't match. Small pillows and thin comforter on the bed, we were cold. TV remote control didn't work well. The next morning there was NO hot water!! We went out yhat evening and came back to All handicap parking spots roped off, assuming for roof repair? But being handicapped this made it very difficult to get into the hotel. Very disappointed, we will never stay there again and probably never at a Best Western! We were not looking for a 5 star hotel and this rating is a One!

These rooms still have a clean, new, feel, at a reasonable price. The only thing I would change is the shower curtains. I'm not a fan if curtains that don't close correctly. But other then that really nice place. Good environment, my wife said breakfast was really good, they have a nice coffee machine.
