I've lived in the area my whole life. We just sold our house and needed a place to stay for 4 days before heading to our new home. We can't say enough about this motel. Rooms are large , beds were very comfortable and the entire place is spotless. One of the cleanest I have ever stayed at. All the staff are amazing. Friendly , professional, and go well above and beyond to help the guest in any way. They even offer to wash , dry ,and fold my laundry. Short walk to Nelson Beach and the waterfront . Highly recommend to all. I will be staying here anytime I come back to visit friends.
The room was clean and really big. The beds were comfy. The room I got had a full bathroom and basically another area to get ready and brush your teeth right outside of the bathroom. The bathroom was spotless. I would definitely go back but it closes for the season on November 22nd and reopens sometime in the Spring. The area is in an area of Plymouth where it gets pretty loud. People love revving and peeling out of the lot behind the hotel but it didn’t last all night. I would definitely go back. It’s a great location close to downtown Plymouth, the waterfront and a ton of great restaurants.
The room was comfortable, and the location was perfect, with all the major attractions within close reach. However, one aspect of my stay was less than ideal—the breakfast experience. The staff member overseeing breakfast seemed a bit distant and didn’t greet me when I entered. I felt a bit uncomfortable, as it seemed like she was observing me very closely. When I went to make a coffee, I sensed she was watching me closely, almost as though she doubted my ability to make it. Later, when I tried to make a waffle, she seemed overly directive, giving me instructions that felt unnecessary, considering my experience with waffle makers. She also appeared frustrated when I was making the waffle, mumbling under her breath. This made what should have been a relaxing breakfast feel somewhat awkward.
The staff here are exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional. We were made to feel welcome right away and were given a map of the area which was quite handy. The room we stayed in was generous in size, super clean, and met our every need. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was great and included protein choices such as eggs, sausage, and yogurt in addition to waffles, bagels, pastries, cereals, and fruit. Great location and very reasonably priced. We would stay here again and highly recommend it!
Really nice stay in the John Alden suite. Jetted tub was clean and worked super well. Rooms were clean and front desk was incredibly nice and helpful. Close to all of the historical attractions and greta pricing. Only issue was breakfast. it was terrible. Staff couldn't be nicer, but skip the breakfast for sure.
