I don't know if they take enough time to clean the rooms. I think there was dried vomit on the side of the bed. Definitely mold on the shower head. Good location to stay here and breakfast was decent.
This is a clean, comfortable, recently remodeled inn in a convenient Fredericksburg location. We've stayed there a few times when visiting our friends in the RV park across the street. The king bed were very comfy and cozy. Complimentary breakfast was nice and the coffee maker made delicious cappuccinos and mochas. Easy access to downtown shops and restaurants, golf courses and wineries. The friendly and helpful staff deserve 5 stars on their own. I didn't discover until we'd flown home that I accidentally left my only pair of glasses in the room when we checked out. Without contacts in, I'm a mess. When I called in a panic and they confirmed housekeeping had turned them in, they generously offered to overnight them to me and I had them the very next day.
Only complaint is the dog walk grass is full of thorns or burrs. Not good for dogs paws. Would be nice to have that grass replaced. Otherwise, this place was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
This hotel needs a deep mold inspection and complete renovation of their air conditioning units. Our room 105 was not great very little natural light and holy mold smell which I knew would be an issue at night. I know yall changed the floors and painted the walls but yall, it’s bad. The air conditioning unit was so loud it sounded like a garbage truck every time it turned on. Bathroom was kinda gross, hair in the corners. Reception was really rude when we checked in, some lady kept sneezing and coughing and made us feel like a problem. Do not stay here.
Great place to stay for a weekend get away. Staff was great. Had little trouble with drainage in our tub but they jumped right on it and got it fixed. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was ok. We will stay again
