Best Western Plus Frontier Inn

This is the first time we've stayed at this Best Western. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. The lobby is very nice and the decor is very Wyoming. The pool looked nice but I didn't swim because there were too many people for me to actually get to swim. The room looked like it had been updated it was very clean and the beds were soft, which I like. The heating and air conditioning unit works great it has a constant fan so it's not kicking on and off all night waking you up. Water pressure is good in the shower. The rooms are also nice and big so you don't feel like you're crowded. The breakfast was good. They have a nice place for pets to go to the bathroom and they have a sidewalk all the way around so you can walk your pet. If we come through Cheyenne again we definitely will stay here. Bonus....if you're facing East you'll see a beautiful sunrise and if you're facing West you'll see a beautiful sunset.

I had to sleep during the day there for work and thanks to the quiet environment I was able to do just that. I appreciated the well-stocked tea, hot cocoa and coffee bar that was available in the lobby 24/7. When I was there even fruit like oranges and apples was out for guests to grab whenever they wanted to. I was there during the colder part of the year so I didn't do much walking but the little did do I felt safe.

Clean and tidy. Seems like they were in the midst of remodeling, as our room furnishings seemed on the newer side. The room was clean. The bathroom was almost clean. Front desk clerk was friendly and professional upon our check in. The breakfast was small, but def. sufficient, having options for warm breakfast items to choose from. I would stay again.

Would not stay here again. Had a nauseatingly strong fragrance pumped throughout the hotel. A lot of hotels have "signature" fragrances they pump in but it's usually light and pleasant. This was overwhelming to the point it made us sick and we had to checkbout two days early which they did not refund us for and the front desk did not seem to care that their property was making is physically ill. It's a shame because otherwise this property has a lot going for it. The fragrance is so strong it makes me think they are trying to cover something up like mold or urine or something.

Me and my family spent 3 days here and the breakfast was sub par at best but the girl that worked the front desk was amazing. Her name was Audi I think. Anyways she showed all of us the best customer service ever from any hotel I’ve ever stayed in and was very respectful and very polite. Went out of her way a few times for not just me but my family as well. Give her a raise, if it wasn’t for her being so nice I would’ve checked out and went somewhere else. Also get the jets in the hot tub fixed. It needs to be bubbly lol.
