This place had the best customer service. Lynnette was amazing checking us in. And made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Rooms were super clean. Beds were comfy. And breakfast was hot & fresh & the attendant was super helpful. Kid friendly. Honestly this is the best hotel experience I have ever experienced. Highly recommend!
Staff was very knowledgeable about check in process, rooms and surrounding areas (restaurants etc.). Rooms were clean and beds were so comfortable. We stayed one night, linens were clean and towels plentiful. Breakfast had good selection and was good! Coffee lackluster but that’s minor.
Stayed 4 days in January. Wonderful place! Nice, clean, well kept. Great service. Friendly snd helpful staff. Great breakfast. Great location by the interstate and lots of stores. Excellent !!!
Stopped here for one night with our little kids. Quick and easy check in, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is awesome! Great stay at a great price! Also had gluten free breakfast items available
The staff were so friendly & welcoming to us all til it was almost unbelievable! Thanks Lynette!!! We were checked in with a beautiful smile & she even went out of her to assist with the air unit. Housekeeping never had an issue with accommodating our towel usage, as there were 4 of us. We came in for a wedding for Labor Day & the beautiful accommodations only made they stay even better. The property was definitely clean & the view of the forest behind the hotel is stunning! The breakfast will not disappoint either! Thanks again Best Western of Gadsden, Alabama!!!!
