Best Western Plus Heber Valley Hotel

I have to say this is a beautiful Hotel. I came for skiing with my Mother and English Bulldog. Loved the calm quiet town of Heber after skiing. Although there were good restaurants and shopping even a Nail Salon within walking distance. I especially want to thank Chris, the Manager for going out of Her way to take good care of Us during our stay.

This was the nicest Best Western we have been to. It was right before Christmas and it was decorated sooo cute. The rooms were so nice and updated, it felt so comfortable like we were right at home. Their pool was open 24 hours, which was nice because we got into town late and our Daughter was excited to swim!! Their service was awesome, and the gentleman working the desk, was so polite and nice. They had pictures for our kids to color, and their breakfast was awesome!

Bravo to all the employees there minus one female employee in the morning, major attitude. House cleaning was atrocious every day that it was cleaned. There was something that wasn’t restocked properly lotions and soaps, stained bedding, which was actually disgusting and when I asked them to replace it they just made the bed again Didn’t throw the trash away etc.. however, wonderful manager! And like I said wonderful staff minus one that probably just needs to learn to chill a little bit lol wonderful stay overall and thanks again to Krysten the manager. She made everything a little bit better

The staff here were very helpful. I'm here on a fire assignment and I had to keep adjusting my reservations. They spent a lot of time connecting my 21 day stay with them despite it being very busy. The rooms are very nice and kept very clean. I love the decor all through the building: very cabin like but not dated. Thank you for all your help!

We stay here frequently for work. They always take care of us and the chef for the breakfast is bomb. Parking up front is rough but there is necessary parking for the rooms available. We go here over other hotels because it’s the cleanest, serves the best breakfast and the customer service is exceptional. Ps the suites upstairs are real nice!
