Only positive vibes and experience here! Being welcomed with smiles and a warm conversation was the first indication that this was going to be a great stay! As always, I care most about my hotels alas long as they are pet-friendly, and this one was!! They have a baggie of treats and waste bags, which was incredibly thoughtful! The entire hotel was kept clean as if it had just opened. The double queen room was very spacious, and I loved how the bathroom had heated floors. Everything about this stay made me hope to one day visit again!

Stayed 2 nights for work, between nights the bed wasn't really made, and the room wasn't restocked. The dispenser was also empty of body wash when I went to shower after a long day at work. The lady at the front desk was very helpful though.

This place is a DUMP. The main entrance is very clean however the rooms are filthy and the stair well is gross. They do not clean your room daily and they do not tell you this until you check-in. They clean your room once every 3 days. When I questioned this the front desk first told me that they were short staff then changed their story to say it was to be climate change friendly. If you want clean towels you have to go get them yourself. Seriously.. GROSS. Thank you for your response - Best Western. However you describe the circumstances not accurately. An email was sent to me advising that my room would not be cleaned the same day as check-in. I cannot cancel my reservation same day if I am not happy with the service. I approached the front desk to speak about this matter and the 'smug' young fellow at the front desk told me that it is what it is... very smug and smiled or basically laughed at me since I was not happy. Having said this.. are you giving your customers a rebate or refund on their room. Rooms at your motel are $400+ and not to have a room cleaned at that price is ridiculous. Customers just have to stop staying at your hotel and service will then resume as it should.. Horrible that you treat your customers this way and times sure have changed there is no such thing as customer service. .. you are only in it for the $ and for the young fellow to tell me that my room was not going to be cleaned "because they were short staffed" was a completely lie... you do not want to clean the rooms as this affects your bottom line - greed!

Whatever you do not book with Super.com They are a scam and one of the customer service agents tried to gaslight me after I had told her that my booking included a pet friendly amenities, and I wanted her to confirm, and she did then when I told her I had called the hotel prior to calling them saying that the hotel isn't pet friendly. She then proceeded to say that pet friendly was never listed in my amenities yet I have screenshots an evidence before my booking. .I travel a lot for a living. I work in aviation, and this is absolutely ridiculous. So now i'm out two hundred dollars. And I have to now go find another place. Also I called best western hotel kelowna prior to booking online with a third party and asked if they had any restrictions on pets and they said they were pet friendly But NEVER specific that ONLY CERTAIN ROOMS are PET Friendly. Hope everyone.It's careful and spreads the word!

Dirty rooms! I was given room keys that did not work, and shown 4 separate rooms that were dirty (with visibly soiled linens on TOP of the beds, didn't even bother opening the bedding) before I left. There were greasy finger smudges on the headboard and overall unclean. I will never return to this hotel.
