My family and I were very pleased with our stay. The staff there was all great, from the check in person, maids, maintenance man (Nathan), and kitchen staff (Virginia). You have some amazing staff that made us feel welcomed since the first day we stayed. We were there for 5 days. I am thankful for wonderful people who treat people nice. I highly recommend this hotel. When I come back I will definitely stay here again. The landscape was very beautiful. The rooms were clean and roomy. I rate this place a 5 star and more... The front desk was staffed by people that were both friendly and helpful, which was extra welcome after a long and exhausting trip. The location was great: close to the highway, but far enough up the road to be away from most of the traffic. Another highlight of our stay was the breakfast bar. It was well-stocked with a variety of foods both hot and cold, the area very clean, and the staff friendly and attentive. The rooms were neat, clean, and comfortable.

Big clean rooms with wheelchair accessibility. The breakfast was good; the coffee machine was unpredictable however acceptable. Often times the front counter was unoccupied and not customer oriented. The pool and hot tub was clean and nice setting and wheel Chair accessible. The elevator to the pool is tight for wheelchairs but do able.
Prepaid with my points upon arrival required $100 deposit when I asked for another night they demanded another deposit over and above the first one. I asked if they have bathroom with handlebars they said upgrade the room when I asked for the inside Jacuzzi they said they available it not working!!!😩🤦🏻♂️🤷🏽♂️
