Best Western Plus Muskoka Inn

The staff are what make this hotel great. We just spent 3 nights there and it was great! Rooms are very clean, and so is the overall hotel. Breakfast is amazing! So much selection. Huge kudos to the very hardworking lady that is a constant there during that time- restocking, wiping and cleaning tables, and making small talk. Front desk staff, and manager Steve are all top notch!!

Literally one of the best hotels we stay at, and we stay at a lot of hotels. Clean, beds are always comfy, staff is great, and the breakfast is always delicious. Love the cappuccino machine. Prices are always really good.

We stayed at three different hotels during our week long trip up north for our anniversary. One 4 star, one 3 star and this hotel being only a 2 star. I have to say, this should have been the 4 star!!! It was by far the cleanest and most accommodating to their guests. We stayed in the jacuzzi room the entire time and we were extremely pleased. We stayed in other's during our trip and the 4 star we stayed paying the most, had mold chunks come out of the jets and totally disgusted us. The Best Western was not only the best priced but again the absolute cleanest!!! I am extremely picky on cleanliness and they surpassed my expectations!!! Made up our room while we were out for the day too. Friendly and attentive staff and great breakfast. Will definitely stay again!!!

We love this hotel so much. The rooms are very clean and up to date. The location is great, and the breakfast is fantastic. Front desk staff are very friendly and always very helpful

Had a great experience here. Room was perfect. We stayed in a king jacuzzi suite and we have 3 young kids with us and we loved how spacious the room was and the kids loved the big bath tub (aka jacuzzi). Good prices. Good location. Buffet breakfast was perfect, especially when travelling with 3 littles. Jill who worked in the breakfast area was the cherry on top! She is so kind and sweet to everyone she comes in contact with. Our kids enjoyed seeing Jill every morning and she always remembered their names and would go out of her way to talk to them. Seeing Jill was a great start to our morning 👍🏼
