Got the best room in town! Comfortable beds, excellent water pressure, and a beautiful view of the harbor. Checked in late but Shasta and Alina were still cheerful and welcoming. Delicious breakfast well stocked and clean.
We stayed here on Friday the 13th in a storm as we were unable to continue to our planned destination. Upon check in & check out, all staff members were soooo friendly, helpful & personable!! Aside from that, the room was fairly awful! Teeny tiny, very run down, chipped paint, filthy chairs & we chose to not even shower! It was that bad. Very noisy complex until about 11pm. And outside trash cans overflowing. The linens were so stiff & scratchy. My partner slept on top of the bed with her own blanket. I am a Best Western member and paid almost $200 for this nasty little room. Very very disappointed and will absolutely not stay here again. Sorry folks!
Great location. Room was adequate. Breakfast filling. Front desk associate (? DD) on 9/30 was super friendly and gave us a great tip about seeing elk at the casino. When we got to the casino, we had to wait for about 40 elk to cross the road and then saw them frolicking in a nearby pond. Awesome.
Great location, but the room was a little overpriced feeling for the level of overall hotel maintenance. The stair to the 2nd floor were kind of a wreck and there was a lot of scuffing/damage on a lot of walls in areas like hallways. Thankfully, room was very clean with the only exception being a yon of built-up dust on the fan in the bathroom. Breakfast was really good though, and overall it was a great experience for a single night’s stay.
The staff is friendly. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The beds are comfortable. There are interesting places to check out within walking distance from here. This is where I'd like to stay on my next visit here as well.
