The main appeal of staying here is definitely the proximity to Bryce Canyon NP. The hotel has a pretty good restaurant - we had to pay for dinner but were given vouchers for free breakfast. The breakfast was average for a hotel. A few things other guests should know - there are many buildings on the property requiring a short drive or 5ish minute walk to the main building, which houses the pool/hot tub, gym, restaurant, store and reception. In the future, I’d request to stay in the main lodge to avoid having to go outside to access the amenities. It was very cold in March, and even snowed! With traditional, outside door rooms, the rooms themselves are adequate. They’re very small but it was fine for two of us. The beds were comfy enough. My main complaints are: the fitting of the tub/shower was warped and thus made very loud sounds while moving in the shower, and that we could definitely hear a lot of noise from other guests and the cars outside. Plenty of parking.

I stayed here for the first time in 20 years. I was surprised at how much bigger it had become. It was motel-style and convenient to be able to park my car right in front of the room. The interior was old-fashioned, but the rooms were spacious and clean. Equipped with a bathtub, coffee maker, mini-fridge and microwave. The free breakfast buffet was good. The food was average. I went at 8am and was able to get in smoothly, but there was a long line when I left, so it's better to go earlier. I recommend it if you're going to Bryce Canyon.

This charming inn takes great pride in its authentic connection to the local area. Nestled in the heart of Bryce Canyon National Park, the motel features delightful old western decor that transports you back in time, making you feel like a cowboy or settler discovering the stunning landscapes of Bryce Canyon. Our room was simply adorned, equipped with the standard amenities you’d expect from a typical motel. The inn boasts a shop where tired travelers can find everything from pizza rolls and freshly baked treats to clothing and souvenirs. They truly have it all. Additionally, there’s a restaurant on the premises that includes a spacious breakfast buffet. While we didn’t dine there for dinner, the breakfast was a real treat, featuring a delicious spread of eggs, bacon, and biscuits.

Ruby's Inn includes multiple buildings with motel-style rooms. The rooms appeared clean but during our one-night stay, we could hear everything and got very little sleep. Cars coming in and out, doors opening and closing, the water turning on and off from other rooms, conversations and the tv sounds from next door, and our heater constantly turning on and off were continuous interruptions to the beautiful quiet of Bryce Canyon. The tiny pillows and well-used mattress also made sleeping difficult. The location to Bryce Canyon was really the only reason to stay here. I'm glad we only stayed one night and will not plan to stay here again.

We were planning on staying here this upcoming weekend with our 2 fur babies (doggos). We called a couple of weeks ago and were informed that it would only be $40 for both dogs TOTAL - whether we stayed 1, 2, or 3 nights (we were still deciding at this point). This seemed like a great deal in comparison to some other comparable hotels, and was actually the deciding factor in why we chose this place. Yesterday, we called to book our room and make the reservation. Lindsay at the front desk informed us that it would be $40 A NIGHT for our 2 dogs. We politely informed her about our phone conversation a few weeks ago and requested that they please honor what we were told by the previous employee. She informed us that it was a misunderstanding, as the employee we spoke to was new and did not have sufficient training. She also let us know that they could not honor what we were previously told over the phone (even though the calls are recorded). We requested to speak with her supervisor, who was INCREDIBLY rude. Never in all my life have I seen a manager treat a potential customer so poorly (I've worked in the customer service industry for over 10 years). He was condescending, dismissive, extremely unprofessional, and downright rude. We come down this way quite often, but trust us on this, we wouldn't stay here if it was $1 a night. We also intend on warning all our friends and family to avoid this place like the plague so that they never have to endure the disrespect we experienced.
