They definitely have you by the balls being there are not a lot of places available in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful, but for $300+ a night you expect the shower to not flood or spill onto the floor, the key cards to stay alive for more than an hour, and the complimentary breakfast to be there. They ran out of food. They had enough for some of us but not all, leaving us to decide if we go out somewhere else while half way there versus a restaurant.
Everything about my stay was perfect. All of the people were so pleasant and the representative at the front desk gave me excellent directions to where I wanted to go. Everything was so clean. Comfy bed. Spacious room - not cluttered so lots of room on tables and bathroom counter for my clutter. Great shower. Everything worked! Nice choices for the included breakfast each day. Dinner delicious and the staff pleasant and efficient. My blu cheese/drizzled with balsamic hamburger was done absolutely perfectly. And the IPA from the local brewery, Paradox, was an excellent complement to the meal. Convenient location to everything.
The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. It was dated, a few outlets and no usb changing. Breakfast was good, better than some.
Most hospitality I have seen in a very long time, I was there on a business trip and was able to still get my room. There was an issue with the company credit card and until I got it figured out they let me into my room with no issues, until the card finally worked.
Basic and decent hotel with clean and comfortable accommodation and friendly and welcoming staff. The smell of the swimming pool is rather present throughout the building, but not in the hotel rooms.
