Best Western Plus Traverse City

Luxury at a modest price. One of the best stays I’ve had in a long time . The people who work here were all so kind and accommodating to make my stay comfortable, I love that they offer complimentary items such as deodorant, toothpaste etc should you forget to pack anything I think that is thoughtful. They have a big full breakfast in the morning and a 24 hour coffee bar and handout cookies during the day. Best of all , I love that unlike most traverse city motels this place is very pet friendly. I took my kitty with me and he had a great time too :). I will definitely be staying at this location again and I highly recommend it especially if you have pets and like luxury

Rooms were small but very clean. Bathroom was clean, there is no shower door or curtain, just a glass wall that only covers half of the shower, so water splashed out into the floor even though there was a towel down. The shower is very small as well. Pool was cold for being a heated pool and no hot tub which was disappointing. They do have a shuttle to take you downtown which was nice so you don't have to pay for parking or find parking spot.

My furbaby and I enjoyed our stay here. The team was awesome. Shelia especially was kind, personable and amazing! Clean rooms with all the necessary amenities, recycling bins for cans, bottles and plastics. The location is great with easy access to all the cool spots.

This was our first time staying at the Best Western Plus in Traverse City, but it will not be our last. Everything about our 1 night stay was excellent, especially our interactions with the staff. It is an older property but you wouldn't know it from the bright lobby and updated rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable. Right next door in the Cambria is the Reflect Bistro where we had an amazing meal. We found the price affordable and a good value. Enjoyed the hotel breakfast. We will definitely be coming back.

This hotel individually is decent. The amenities are pretty average, but my wife and I were surprised by the poor layout of the bathrooms. The sink and vanity is detached from the bathroom itself, which features a shower only and no tub, which is fine, except the shower lacks a close feature. Just a glass half wall and nothing else. The pool is small and not very warm, considering we were here in November. Also the no hot tub or sauna was a bit disappointing. This is about the 3rd time I've been dissatisfied with the money I've spent on my stays at BW hotels and I can say this was my family's last time booking a BW hotel. Do not recommend, especially for the price.
