What a great front desk staff. Very clean welcoming hotel. The room 315 was very nice, fresh and clean. I gotta say this is one of the nicest Best Western’s I’ve stayed at. Beautiful big lobby. 1/5/2025
Service here is the best!!! When we got to our room and settled in, we found that the A/C & heating unit would not function properly on heat. I mentioned the matter to Misty, the charming front desk person, who checked to see if they had another room like the one we reserved. They did. So, she went to the new room and checked the A/C & heating unit. It worked fine, so she moved us to the new room in short order and apologized for the inconvenience. I have never had such a good customer service experience at any hotel of any price!! Misty deserves to be recognized for her superior customer service, attitude and excellent representation of the Best Western brand. Because of Misty, we will definitely book into this BW whenever we return to the area.

Very Good and polite front office staff. Especially Misty, she always goes above and beyond. Hotel is very beautiful with many recreation facilities. Food is very tasty and reasonable.Thank you once again for your amazing hospitality.
Room was nice enough, but the climate control struggled to keep it cool when it was around 50 degrees outside. Hard to sleep comfortably when you're sweating in the bed. Front desk lady was nice.
