Customer Reviews
Highest demand wknd so pricing was extremely high. High price was not warranted at all. Major deferred maintenance issues resulting in almost everything I noticed looking very shabby. It was a big disappointment as the high price made me think I’d be staying at a very nice place. Peeling worn paint etc. Even the luggage carts were worn and snappy and needed to be updated. Room was quite small. Nice bathroom. Regular basically good full breakfast, but coffee was undrinkable, like they’d re-used the coffee grounds. I’m the least fussy coffee drinker, but could not drink this. Staff was exceedingly nice.
Cheap decor. Carpet as a baseboard. No water pressure. Ice machine broken. Discrimination against buying from third party. (Priceline) Supposed to be ADA bathroom, it's what I payed for. needed a walk-in shower (bad knees), they gave me a bathtub/shower. Wanted to charge me more for walk in shower/room. I will never stay at a Best Western again. Do not recommend it. Was put by back door that was slammed every time used. very nosey/thin walls.
The hotel - the actual building itself - is very nice... Comfortable yet elegant but honestly, the highlight of this place is definitely the staff!!! Everyone is extremely helpful & friendly... I have made friends with a couple of them and we have shared pics of our fur babies with each other... Dee (one of the managers), Emily & Christopher (who both work in reception), Christina (from housekeeping) and last but certainly not least. Best-Westerner -in - training, Jennie has all qualities to be an awesome part of this team!!! They have made my stay so enjoyable - it is peaceful and relaxing and I truly feel like a VIP guest. I believe customer service is key in judging a business and this hotel has some of the best guest attention I have ever experienced!!! I love this place!!!
Rooms were clean, quiet and comfy. Staff was pleasant and I felt safe here. I have stayed here a number of times and will continue to stay here as I pass though town. I would recommend this place; as I also depend on reviews when locating a destination.
Thankfully we were only scheduled to stay here one night! The room we were given we believe was meant to be a room for long term satts as it had a doorbell and was less cared for. The AC in the room was odd, the lights on the display didn't work correctly and the buttons seemed broke, luckily it did still blow cold air. The furniture was very beat up and in need of replacing. There was hair on the tub in the bathroom, the door frames in the bathroom needed a majic eraser ran over them to clean them, obviously housekeeping didn't do well. The closest door was broken and unstable. The blanket had an odd smell to it. The pool was nice but not heated. The hot tub has been concreted over. The one positive was breakfast had a good selection, kind staff and clean eating area. I personally would not stay here again.
