Very pleased with our stay here. The outside of the motel is well maintained and our room on the 2nd floor was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Front desk staff and staff in the breakfast area were pleasant and helpful. Location is within a block or two of many of the restaurants, shops and historical sights of Mariposa. Breakfast was good with variety of choices available. Would definitely stay here again.
Very disappointed with WORKer from hotel telling us there was an EV charging station at hotel, this completely ruined the trip since there WASNT a charging station. We had to waste time and still charge it in a small machine. This is unacceptable especially since we called and asked about an electric car station. The breakfast food is gross and the workers Lie about the hotel amenities.
We were impressed with this Best Western Plus, the receptionists were very friendly and helpful. They treated us really well and even let us check in early, we also got free chocolates and water. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was okay. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience and we would be back!
We are so grateful that we were able to book here on our way to Yosemite. The place is clean and has many amenities. The breakfast is a plus! Chris warmly welcomed us and made our check in really smoothly. He made a great recommendation for going out to eat, listen to this guy if you are there! All the staff was friendly and polite. Great hotel! We were checked in by Patrick. He was so friendly, helpful and patient! This hotel has a nice continental breakfast, clean rooms and easy access to Yosemite (about an hour away). Its walking distance to convenient store, restaurants and wine bar. We will definitely be staying here again.
