Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Sheets and towels are clean and in good condition. Amenities include microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and television. Pool looked nice though we didn't use it. Service was friendly and efficient.
Hard to find for sure lol. Worth it though. The air in our room stopped cooling. I called the front desk and they sent a wonderful woman named Lisa. She did work her magic, but it didn't stay. Called the desk again and they didn't even hesitate. They sent us to the room across the hall. So grateful for air that works😊. We recommend and would come back.
Checking was quick and easy. Room was clean and had all the extras. Quiet even for being right on the hwy. If you get a chance go have dinner at vinos Italian bar and grille. Food and service outstanding. Would stay here again if in the area for sure.
The violated their own policy and refused to refund my deposit and yes I asked for it 8 months later but they according to their policy keep deposits for a year then send them to the state controller. I was told I would have to essentially sue for my deposit back (I only was in the room for an hour so they didn’t keep it which if they had they would have documentation of it) so it was a total of $750 they owe me and it will cost thousands in legal fees to get it back. I will won’t stay there again not that they care they make money with contracts for firefighters and traveling medical workers and stuff but they won’t see my money again
Came for a funeral. Room was cozy and clean very important, food is near by staff was really nice. Had breakfast in the morning. I didn't get to use the hottub but they have one!
