Best Western Rivers Edge

This hotel was everything we needed for our trip. It’s so close to the platinum lift which is incredibly convenient for us and the kids. TV in the room was nice and big. Many Chanel options for unwinding after a day on the slopes. Walking distance to restaurants and the grocery along with shops. We parked our car and didn’t need to use it again. Breakfast was nice in the morning to fuel up. It’s. It the fanciest of places but the conveniences and friendly staff were great.

Convenient location to walk every where. Pretty much very short walk to ski lift. Our room was on backside nice view of up close and personal view of mountain and river. In warmer weather nice area out back along river with tables and chairs for enjoying something to eat. Nice hotel to stay at. Breakfast is okay, staff friendly, linens okay.Bathroom needs to be updated with new fixtures.

The Best Western hotel was perfect for our Christmas weekend in red river New Mexico. There was much to see from our hotel and our stay was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and the view that we had from our room was remarkable. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in red river, New Mexico.

I have stayed at this hotel twice, I really liked it because it was close to the slopes, but on both occasions I was served by the same person in a very rude manner (he is a blond guy with long hair, on both occasions I saw him in the afternoon) he is always absolutely rude and makes me feel discriminated against, I had let him go and I didn't care on previous occasions, but this time I had the need to call by phone because I lost my backpack, the moment he heard my Latin accent his attitude and way of speaking changed, when I told him about the situation (my backpack was lost) he interrupted me and only stressed that it was my responsibility, that it was not his problem and he hung up on me. The truth is that it is not my intention to blame them for the situation, I only intended to ask for their help and ask if they had found it. This person only interrupted me in a very rude manner and hung up on me, he was not interested in customer service. I don't know how your bosses allow someone with no disposition or empathy to be in charge of customer service. Racism should not be allowed anywhere. I have never seen this type of service in any hotel. I will not stay here again and I do not recommend it.

We enjoyed our week at this hotel! The location is ideal because you can walk everywhere. Mike makes a delicious fresh breakfast and Tina is an exceptional housekeeper. The front desk staff were always helpful. We loved the hot tub and our room on the end near the river. The beds weren’t the most comfortable (not bad but not fabulous) but everything was clean and the room was spacious. We would stay here again!
