Very clean and fresh smelling. The service and staff were amazing! Definitely will stay here again next time I need a place to stay.

Clean and quiet, great pool and hot tub, good water pressure in the shower. Full breakfast, though the staff was a bit behind in keeping everything stocked. Cable issues so no TV service, hopefully fixed before our next visit.

My husband and I have stayed at this motel many times. The staff is very considerate and professional. The rooms are very clean and neat. They have all the amenities. The location is great.

Very clean hotel, the staff is super friendly, even the parking when mostly full isn't a problem because of the layout of the hotel. The beds are super comfortable(and clean, have to mention it because I found the room can be clean but the beds at other hotels can't be) where I was visiting for a conference and struggled to get out of bed because of how comfortable they were. Very well priced as well! My only suggestion to the hotel owner would be to add destination charging for guests with electric vehicles to charge overnight but I know that can be expensive on its own as well and adding one that can be used with a room key or something is also more expensive.

We were evacuated by the LA fires and I was surprised Best Western made an exception to their dog policy. They did the right thing and I’ll remember that when making future hotel reservations.
