Best Western Stagecoach Inn

We came here as an emergency stay for a snow storm stopped us from getting to where we were going. The kind staff helped us to a room at 3am with no troubles and offered us solutions on what to do next. Very accommodating and kind people, helping us on our travels

The suite was very comfortable for our family but the TVs on the master room was not working. The setting is really spacious. The breakfast was ok, nothing wonderful but they offer the basics to have good morning start. The staff was cordial and attentive.

I've stayed in Stage coach inn for 2 nights. The first and foremost thing I appreciate here is the hospitality. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The whole check inn process seemed very smooth. The rooms are great, everything was tidy. This place doesn't compromise the quality. I would recommend anyone who's coming near the area for a vacation or if someone need to take a pit stop, to stay here. Kudos!

Very basic hotel. Only complaint was the floors above creaked every time someone walked across them, so it was hard to sleep. A bit dated, could use a remodel. Service was good, room was fine for overnight. I would only stay here if it was a short term stay. Breakfast was also basic, good but nothing special, very average. One big plus is the location, close to Apple Hill and downtown Placerville.

The exterior of the hotel and area is very beautiful. But we had a lot of disappointments during our stay. Cons: - Ventilation in our bathroom was terrible. No fan, just a window. Smells and steam linger for far too long. - Towel selection was a bit stingy. Just one washcloth. - Extra pillows and blankets were difficult to get. We were told pillows probably weren't available but one appeared later. - Pillows were small and flat - Pancake machine was broken during breakfast. No juice at the juice bar either. - Upcharged for our 17 year old daughter staying in our room on my own air mattress - Called front desk shortly after check in but no answer, had to walk down Pros: - Beautiful area and building. - Breakfast still had eggs and sausage (although eggs were obviously not real eggs, probably cheap liquid eggs) - My room had good hardwood type flooring (though my family in a nearby room had grungy brown carpet) - Fridge, microwave, and coffee machine in room with a tiny selection of coffees. - Two suitcase holders Overall, we would rather opt for a different hotel in the area next time.
