Loved the layout of this hotel. The center corridor with palm trees was beautiful. It was quiet and we slept well. The lady was the friendliest and most helpful one we met on out travels. Her name was Kym.
I stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The price was right, the customer service was excellent, there was plenty of parking, and the breakfast was outstanding. The food was served nice and hot, excellent variety including a yogurt parfait machine, and the breakfast attendant kept all of the hot food replenished with no wait and did it with a smile. I would definitely recommend this place. It beat my normal go to Holiday Inn.
Was an emergency stay. We arrived by about 11:50pm and they gave us a discount for the late night and the fact that we were military. So cool! Enough space for our baby's crib and my travel recliner! Room was clean and well stocked. We will stay here again even though the beds were a little hard. It was much better than our La Quinta Inn stay 4 nights later.
Nice hotel and clean but the majority of the second floor smells of weed and cigarettes, yet this facility is supposed to be non smoking. I understand it's difficult to pinpoint which rooms but honestly it brings my review of this facility down because I shouldn't have to be subjected to that filth when I specifically chose a non smoking hotel. I have to plug the bottom of my door with towels to keep the smell from entering my room. The lowlifes obviously don't care about the rules here to be blatantly firing up and filling the hallway with that crap!
Can easily fool you by it’s looks from the outside. And then, total disappointment… Cons: - unpleasant staff at the reception surely not appreciating their job - absolute junk trash breakfast, literally the lowest quality possible - very loud A/C will not allow you to sleep - noises and staff talking in the corridor could be easily heard from the room Pros: - clean rooms - friendly staff at the „dinning area” otherwise I would rate the service lower
