We stayed the night here while we were traveling to Yuma Arizona on January 5, 2025. It was located in a safe part of town, and we were greeted by Kim at the front desk who was kind, sweet and very informative. She got us a room close to the front door as we were traveling with our dog and knew we would have to take him out periodically. I had a great conversation with her about a multitude of subjects and she also directed me to a local dog park where our dog could get some off leash time. The following morning, we were greeted by Amanda who was putting out a great breakfast and also made sure that we had freshly baked cookies for our trip south. Amanda was kind, informative and a great conversationalist who we discussed many subjects which she was very well read. The room was clean and quit, bed was comfortable, and the water was hot. Can't ask for much more than that. We will definitely stay here again while in this area.
Great location, easy access from the 99. Room was comfy and breakfast was great! However, Ms. Amanda, the breakfast hostess is very special. She checked in on us, asked if we needed our coffee refreshed and offered to make us waffles! Amanda made my stay memorable!
5 stars all around. Stayed her after our visit to sequoia national park and it was the perfect accommodation. Quiet, comfortable and very clean. Not to mention, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Honorable mention to Kim who helped us book our room. Continental breakfast was also amazing. Amanda, the breakfast attendant gave us a ton of travel recs for Coastal spots to hit on our way home. Would most definitely stay here again!
My husband and I come to this hotel 4 or 5 times a year. (We have family in the area.) The rooms are clean and quiet, and the staff is phenomenal, particularly Kim and Amanda. Kim knows who we are, greets us by name, knows our favorite room and shared cookies with us. Any problems are dealt with immediately and professionally. Amanda is a ray of sunshine in the breakfast room. Both these women make this place feel like a home away from home.
This is my favorite hotel in the area. Prices are always good. The rooms are always clean and have functional amenities. The staff is always great. The only slight issue, which isn't even really a big deal, is that the TV remotes are hard to use.. I'm not sure why, but I always struggle with them. Otherwise, the experience is always great!
