Best Western Watertown Fort Drum

Stayed here for one night last week whilst road tripping. The location is excellent being ten minutes walk to many bars and eateries in the town. The hotel is an older property but in good condition albeit a little sparsely furnished in the foyer area . The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was the standard Best Western offering. The gentleman who booked us in (didn't catch his name but he will know who he is ) went above and beyond , printing us a copy of all the local pubs and breweries to try , this was much appreciated This hotel was very good value for money and we would happily stay here again..

I've stayed at this hotel almost every time I've visited the area, and we've always been very satisfied. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, from front desk to cleaning staff, and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast depends on the time you get to the serving area, but tends to have a good variety to choose from. It's close by to restaurants and shopping areas as well, making it a good central location for our visits.

Absolutely below all expectations for cleanliness and working. It was such a disaster stains on carpet, mold and smells in room, broken door where deadbolt did not work and no one available to fix anything. 1 lady there to serve all roles maintenance, front desk and cleaning - it should be closed down. The lady was kind to offer a chair to the room to prop against the door due to the at risk behaviours that happen at this hotel site.

We love it here. We come to visit our grandkids and they love the indoor pool, and we love the free breakfast. Water pressure in the shower is great, too!❤️Also, walking distance to the delicious Cam’s Pizza!🍕(we had it 3x in 5 days)

When we arrived on a Friday the man checking us in was super friendly and helpful! The pool was freezing and I’m not just talking just the water. I had to bundle myself up (socks/shoes, sweater, hat and all) while watching my kids bravely swam. Whoever cleaned our room before we got there did the bare minimum. When we leave we clean up after ourselves, I’ll do the garbage and when I say bare minimum I legitimately mean there was garbage all in the bottom of the garbage which they just lined it with a garbage bag and called it a day VS dumping out the garbage that’s inside the garbage bin.
